I don't think GBA are being partisan, they are trying to be objective as much as possible.

Ms Efua Ghartey did not become the GBA's leader because she was the most brilliant legal mind in this era neither did the husband Joe Ghartey or Mr. Okudzeto. Those are people willing to serve the call of a GBA that is not interested in the precepts of law and order but precepts of an NPP party driven by jealousy, hatred, vindictiveness and the lies of a small group of so-called Ghana's intelligent elite.
The GBA leadership and majority of its members are registered NPP members with a majority of the NPP members who knowingly and willfully act very much like a mob with empty heads who follow orders from above. If the GBA has tolerated the absence of a law certificate from ex-president Akufo-Addo then why would the GBA with its NPP majority membership set a professionally high and rrspectable standard for NPP party members who aspire to become lawyers?
Should in case you, Mr. Barker-Vormawor, have not noticed I will remind him and others that the Constitution of Ghana contains statutes of law that were of cut-and-paste ideas and ideals of other nations (UK, USA and others) without correcting some of the failed and ineffective cut-and-paste laws of other nations. The contrast between the USA and UK is that the USA attempted and continues to perfect the imperfections of UK systems. Because we failed at the basic level of why nations fo have laws, we continue to fail, as a nation to minimize the number of people with cheap and fraudulent certificates to hold public and civil service posts.
Why would anyone expect a biased and unprincipled GBA leadership to have or grow the ideas and ideals of a Ghanaian society that has a majority lower to upper middle class of professional and prosperous people and a lower class that is protected from abuse and misuse? How can the GBA leadership that has sworn allegiance to the NPP party that has, at its leadership core group, the zeal to become kingmakers in Ghana care about the plight of anyone in Ghana that is not NPP?
