Our GRA is inept and corrupt, that is why it is so easy to spend these collosal sums ofunexplained wealth, and still get away with it. Your tax returns and history, should explain your source of wealth.
So with all these narration by Bright Simons, where was the FINANCIAL INTELLIGENT COMMISSION (FIC), Ghana Police CID, BNI etc etc that they couldn't track the movement of money from outside the shores of Ghana to Ghana.
