Salamatu says she was in the bathroom when the robbery and murder took place, I don't understand why the police could believe that story. No robber will go on an expedition without thorough search of the victims home to ascertain number of individuals present, infact in real life situation, Salamatu would have been dragged out of the bathroom to the living room and perhaps sexually assaulted by the robbers. Again there is the connection that Dozer is Salamatu's brother and it's shocking to know the police didn't do enough background check about Salamatu. The fact that the victim was beaten to death is again suspicious because if it's were premeditated murder the robbers would come with guns or knives to execute that mission, beating him to death suggest this was perhaps robbery gone wrong. The robbers overpowered the victim when he attempted to resist their attack and they inevitably beat him into unconsciousness. The beating must have caused some commotion and for Salamatu not to hear this commotion from the bathroom is a major disconnect in the narrative and that should have heightened suspicion about Salamatu's complicity.
