The thief who stole Ghana's money to educate his children at Universities in Britain. He was a horrible thief. So was Boakye Djan and the Tsikatas. And he fooled Ghanaians to believe in him as the one who had come to end corruption in Ghana. He was very deceitful ingrate who sacrificed the Northern Youth from the Military for his nasty and disgusting and extremely disgraceful and useless Military Adventurism that he called the AFRC.
