I don't think Ghana needs National Airline. The same reason that brought the Ghana Airways down will happen, because of politicians. The U.S. don't have a National Airline, but the Airline system is perfect.

This isn’t true and the reason why it isn’t true is as follows : 1. You cannot just buy one aircraft and expect that to change anything . 2.If Accra and Ghana is going to be hiub , then it means the Government of Ghana would have to spend millions into newer planes for long haul flights and the domestic market would also have to be opened up . 3. GCAL would have to reduce the length of time it takes to approve an AOC for pending airline applications they have currently. 4 . Government of Ghana and the GACL would have to intentionally allow 3 or 5 extra competitors in the domestic airline market to get their AOC approved so they can bring in different levels of service into the market , than just bedevilings us with just the current two airlines on the local market that sometimes aren’t respectful to their clients .
