President Mahama should consider constructing one half of the road by 2027 and completing the other half by 2028 instead of targetting both sides by 2028. In the case of Accra - Kumasi road, since we are looking at 3 lanes, the middle lane can be a safe inactive one till both sides are done. That will reduce accidents. If that appoach had been taken on the Accra Wineba road or Tema Aflao road, construction would be less painful to both motorists and people who live along those roads. .

THE NDC IS SETTING STANDARDS IN GOVERNANCE. THE NPP MUST REORGANISE TO ENSURE THAT THEY PUT TOGETHER A BLUEPRINT THAT THEY INTEND TO IMPLEMENT IN THE FUTURE TO STOP PARTY MEMBERS FROM STEALING GOVERNMENT MONEY. THE NPP MEMBERS SHOULD NOT THINK THAT THEY CAN COME BACK TO POWER AND REPEAT THOSE CRIMINAL ACTS THEY ENGAGED IN FROM 2017 TO 2024. FAILURE BY THE NPP TO REORGANISE PROPERLY CAN RESULT IN A COUP DETAT IN AN UNLIKELY EVENT THEY COME BACK TO POWER IN THE FUTURE. THE MILITARY AND THE SECURITY SERVICES ARE CLEARLY SEEN BEING EMPOWERED BY THE NDC NOW. ANY ATTEMPT IN THE FUTURE TO CHANGE CAUSE OF THE NATION BY CORRUPT PRACTICES WILL RESULT IN AN UPRISING. THE FUNDS AFRICA NEEDS FOR INDUSTRIALIZATION AND VALUE-ADDITION ARE WHAT AFRICA'S THIEVING LEADERS HAVE BEEN LOOTING AND STASHING INTO THEIR PERSONAL FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNTS.
99.999% OF AFRICA'S LEADERS HAVE SEVERAL FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNTS INTO WHICH THEY DUMP THEIR LOOTED MONIES. THAT'S WHY THERE'S RELENTLESS FOREX PRESSURE ON THE USELESS AFRICAN CURRENCIES. THAT FOREX PRESSURE IS IMPOSED BY THE CONVERTIBLE WESTERN CURRENCIES..
OFORI-ATTA, AKUFO-ADDO, KUFUOR, OTUMFUOR, SAM JONAH, ETC ARE TYPICAL EXAMPLES.
CONVERSELY, TRUMP DOES NOT OWN A SINGLE PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT IN AFRICA. THAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. ONLY A DUMB FOREIGN LEADER WOULD HAVE A PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT IN AFRICA.
TALK IS CHEAP AMONG AFRICA'S LEADERS. ALL OF AFRICA'S LEADERS HAVE BECOME PREACHERS WHO DO NOT PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH. THEY OBVIOUSLY THINK THEY'RE DECEIVING GOD.

Please keep the Army in the barracks where they belong and look for Peace -Keeping jbs for them.
Once the Army gets to involve itself in civilian matters this is when they think they are better in running a country than civilians and start coming up with funny ideas about Coups.

I dont think you have sense either. Have you not heard a number of cases in court from non-performance of contracts.
Are you that stupid not to reaise that the Army cannot be prosecurted in a civilian court but rather Court Marshalled and the Civilian Court has got no jurisdiction over any military personnel.
Are you so stupid not to understand that Contracts such as Road Contracts is subject to the Procurement Act passed by Parliament and that the Procurement Act can only be enforced in a civilian Court and not in a Military Court.
Are you so stupid to understand that if government wants to allow the Military to be involved in Civilian Business and be subject to CivilIan Courts it has to go to Parliament and ask Parliament to chnage the law to reflect this development so Military Personnel can be dragged before a Civilian Court if he/she falls foul of any law related to Contract or Procurement rules.
Do you want me to go on so you can see how stupid you are!!

Well, if the most pooerest Ghanaian living at Ashiaman, or the slums of Santa Maria is not making his way to Burkina Faso to hustle yet but will rather by-pass there and brave the desert to Libya trust me there is nothing thin Burkina Faso for even the poorest Ghanaian to go there.
If there was anything in Burkina Faso for anybody their close neighbours from Mali, Niger and Chad will not bypass them to come and beg on the streets of Accra!
If the military wants to be involved in civilian sub-sub-sib-sub-sub contracts Mahama should go to Parliament and ask for the Law to be chnanged so they can be subject to the civilian courts responsible for oversight of Contract Law you fool!!
