If the authorities have issued building permits to the affected, then the courts must come. On the other hand, if the owners of these properties have not acquired any permit and yet went ahead and built, then I am afraid they have no excuse.

It looks as if buildings at La are the main cause of flooding in the whole of Ghana.
The last flooding was almost nation wide but only in the few chokehold are we seeing demolitions.
I hope the problem has finally been solved once and for all.
