The writer forgot to add life threatening bad roads with potholes as well as "kayayo', and the dusty, filthy & smelly environs to the utter shock of new arrivals in Ghana.

Time: the disrespect for time is very annoying and they won’t even call ahead to notify you that they will be coming late. When you call them, it’s either the phone is switched off or they tell you they will be there in about five minutes and it will later become an hour. Another annoying thing is that they come up with excuses that they want you to appreciate.
4. Pleaaaasssseeee! Aaba! Please how are you? Please thank you. Please can please give me 5 cedis. Please. Even the Akuapems don’t do that.
9. The nasty part of the Momo is their demand to add service charges when making payments even at well established businesses such as fuel stations, shops, restaurants etc. They will tell you the company’s POS is not working so you have to pay it to their personal momo account. I have walked away from many transactions just because of the nuisance to pay a couple of cedis. It’s not the amount but it’s a nuisance and sickening. I bought about 100 bags of cement and the shop attendant asked for transaction fees, I left the shop without blinking an eye and bought it at a higher price next door. How can you operate a shop and not have convenient multiple payment options? In another shop, I had to pay 25k, they had no POS, they will not accept bank transfer because they need the accountant to confirm and this will take a couple of days. I was forced to pay into multiple momo accounts and also look for atms about 15mins away to withdraw 15k cash. Something I did not want to do for safety reasons. The excuse they come up is, they will be charged if they are going to withdraw the cash. Why should I be bothered about your withdrawal??? Mine is to pay you and not be concerned about what happens thereafter!

You left one common scene out - reckless and indiscriminate burning of refuse/waste across the city of Accra; especially in the morning and evening. Air pollution is just too common in Accra!
