The first place to look and maintain vigilance is the IT department of financial institutions in Ghana. What technology is in place to monitor financial transactions? Most often than not, the digital fraud is enabled by 'insider threat' actors. That is the IT staff and bank officials or outsiders working with the the IT staff and bank officials - who persistently compromise the backend IT platform systems used in managing financial transactions. Recheck staff security clearances, audit the IT systems etc. Ok. you know all these thing, so why are you still complaining.
