What is his solution, but buses for long distance travel. The private sector is doing well that: focus on intra-city transport that is daily hassle for many. So dealers MAY only have to add ¢12.00 to the price of the brand they want to buy, ALTHOUGH, like Saddick Adams rightly mentioned, customers should not be the one to foot the extra charges due to delay in processing the items.
If the delay was caused by the port authorities, then the GPHA does not have to surcharge the importers. If the importers failed to clear their items on time, GPHA should surchage the importers, but the latter should not increase prices, but rather deal with their losses.
