Very terrible stats for all these opportunities at top level. Other Ghanaian players do not get such longterm playing opportunities even in Blackstars from such a young age as a Jordan has enjoyed over the years. EPL contrast: Samuel Eto scored 12 goals in just 35 EPL appearances = 0.3 ratio. Aubameyang scored 68 in 128 EPL games= 0.5 ratio and Drogba 104 goals in 254 EPL games = 0.4 ratio. Jordan ratio = 0.1. That is a terrible stat for a career striker. Jordan has done his part in a small sense and no one hates him but he has to retire gracefully! we definitely need to open gates for other Ghanaian players to take the mantle now!.. There is no rationale to mix upper league players like Semenyo, Brandon, Caleb, Inaki, Kudus, Partey, Fatawu, with 3rd league players, Infact use a local Ghana upper league player instead if that is the case. DO NOT make a third league player Ghana team captain, that is a fire killer! Just face the current time and TRUTH!

Asamoah Gyan premier league stats 31 appearances and 10 goals = 0.3 ratio, Antoine Semenyo 121 appearances and 37 goals = 0.3 ratio . Jordan Ayew = 0.1 ratio. Any team with 0.1 main striker goal ratio will go into relegation.

How many miles did he run on the field? A whole striker with so few goals in that many games!! And he still wants to play for Ghana?

Why is this site always displays Jordan Ayew's picture or talking about his records as if he is a super star. A number 9 point attacker scoring only 57 goals in 408 games, that tells how mediocre this guy is.

I wish him all the best at his new club. I pray also that the relegation tag that follows him to the clubs he played for will not follow him this time.

You guys should know thar Jordan played most of those games as a winger/midfielder. It is only after Asamoah Gyan left the scene that Jordan was mostly featured as a striker.

Averaging 1goal in 8games, no wonder. Then why do we cry when he plays 4games and doesn't score a goal for blackstars? The guy needs 8games to score a goal, lah.
