Those A Class can be made Autonomous to run on their own.Parents who want to send their wards there shd be made to pay fees at commercial rates. This will reduce the burden on the state for it to take care of less endowed schools.

In some of those schools, you knew if you failed your exams you would be withdrawn. With that in mind you worked hard. Parents are 100% behind the teachers. If the public schools use this regimen, there will be transformation. After all, the teachers went to the same universities in the country.
