  What kind of journalism is this? Who was the police officer being accused? Has he been arrested? Where is the rider of the motorbike? What happened to him?
  As far as I'm concerned, if it is true that the police officer kicked the motorbike into the path of an oncoming car, then he is guilty of homicide, possibly murder.
  The driver who hit the motorbike is then only guilty of fleeing the scene of an accident, but not for the accident or death of the passenger on the bike.
