    It depends on the crime that took him to prison. He can still go near children if it has nothing to do with abuse or harm. Eg fraud. Also the his convictions could be time barred allowing him to live a normal life. The educat ...

    The Ghana education service should send qualified teachers to teach in the prisons. These will prevent inmate students from praying for graduates to be convicted to prison terms in order for them to have teachers.
