Far back the 1960s some moshes lived in our town and practiced female circumcision along side that of the male circumcision. They made sheds near a (mountain in the valley in the forest) in the country side and camped their victims ,circumcised them nurtured and nursed their wounds till the wounds healed before they were let out into the community.
Hearing those kind of stories at that young age used to sound queer and buffled and affected me psychologically. It was so much unthinkable that a human being should be subjected to this kind of horror and terrifying experience.
Most of the ladies who went through this ordeal later on got married and moved out of our town.
All the time even at my age this horrifying experience and scenes are still lingering in my mind uncomfortably.
