It's very unprofessional to hurl our threats without forethought and expect us to keep quiet about them. We all know what transpires in the minds of those at GRA and CEPS, and how they think about us "other citizens" when it comes to duties and taxation.
No one comes from the West holding five or six phones with the intention of selling them. Stop engaging in unnecessary or crazy inventions when it gives you the possibility to extort passengers while punishing our families and friends who should profit from our visits.

GRA is rather not serious as government organisation to chase tax many people in the artisan ie casual construction labourers,masons ,steel benders ,fitters,mechanics, tailors & simstres, tilers ,painters,food sellers,hawkers ,car sprayers ,air condition and fridge technicians, beauty and hair dressers,traders in clothes, car sales dealers etc .All these group of people should be registered and GRA with links to their Ghana card to file for tax assessment at the end of year to enable them pay tax in development and growth of Ghana than chasing travellers who arrive in Ghana with 3 or 4 mobile phones and be asked to pay tax .GRA should purposeful.to improve tax collection from most Ghanaians who are in the black economy ie GALAMSEY and others enriching themselves but have not been asked by GRA to file for tax at end of the year because GRA is just relaxed and can't be bothered.
