So address the high cost of doing business here including agribusiness, then maybe it will be interesting and lucrative.
thailand and chine etc invested heavily in national irrigation projects for farming on the large scale.
Try any irrigation project here and the people will turn it into a floating garbage duct.
So our habits inhibit large scale anything especially the didi wadeuma ho mantra which is just plain theft
