Most of these private schools can honestly absorb trained teachers the government cannot post.I know for sure most private schools are running at a loss.

How possible? A highly productive teacher takes home 750 cedis monthly, while a non-productive MP takes home over 80,000 cedis monthly. Is this the democracy we struggle for? How? Historically, this country has perfectly gone by without MPs; not so with teachers. This is a recipe for a revolution and violence. This is not democracy; democracy must show in the distribution of national wealth. One would not expect this salary to attract good brains to the task. Hence the poor student outpour.
