World Bank or whatever you called yourself, we don't need your advise. Why have you suddenly found your voice in Ghana . Go away.

World Bank has never had Africa’s interest at heart. Why the sudden U-turn? We know what we ought to do. Keep your advice to yourself. Thank You.

The World Bank is not comfortable with Ghana because of the current government policy of "no more foreign loans." The government of Ghana under President Mahama has decided to develop Ghana without foreign loans; hence the frustration of the World Bank. Therefore, what the World Bank is doing now is a strategy to distract the government or issue false reports of ambiguity to create confusion and make Ghanaians view President Mahama's government as unpopular. However, what the World Bank has failed to realise is that Ghanaians see the World Bank as an enemy of progress. There is no single patriotic Ghanaian who cares about your hypocritical reports.
