    Usage of phones is something that no Military will allow especially when on assignment. iPhone for e.g. is very dangerous when a drone bomb is thrown at you, it can track you to even when you're in a hole to kill you.

    If during training these trianees cannot obey basic rules, then what do you expect of them after the training. Dismissal is not enough. They should equally be banned from ever applying to any of the security services.
