From September 2022 to July 2026 ECG tariffs increased by 380%. The Cedi declined to the dollar over the same period by 36%. ECG has had a real term benefit of over 300% and yet it STILL runs at a loss despite some of the highest costs in the region! This is a scandal that needs outside investigation because something is seriously wrong with the figures!
