Dr. Gyampo! If you really love Ghana with honesty, then please, ask parliament to help abolish the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" and make laws to require that all top government officials will be henceforth elected by votes. This is the only best way to mature a genuine democracy in Ghana for the fastest development. Without genuinely electing all top government officials by votes, Ghana will not develop anyway faster but will remain in cycles of; corruption, incompetence, thefts, selfishness, greed, division, bribery, scandals, failure, poverty and slavery or more bad practices created by bad irresponsible leaders whose intellectual knowledge cannot solve major significant problems in society and there are wasting their intellectual knowledge or making their high education useless or lost to selfishness of no value to society. I am Prophet Professor Prince Awuah David (PhD ncu.edu), aka Divine Ninja of America.

I am hoping that Professor Ransford Gyampo, whom I prayed for God's protection when the UK people tried to tag him with "sex for grades" will be honest with boldness in asking parliament to abolish the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" and ensure that by constitutional reform or amendment, all the next top government officials will be genuinely elected by votes and no more appointed, since POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS do not fit the culture and mindset of leaders in Ghana, Africa and almost all poor nations. All top leaders (IGP, CJ, EC, Judges, Ministers, Public CEOs and Directors as well as all heads of public institutions) must be elected by votes to choose their running mates or next persons in charge and no one should be appointed in government anymore. In this case, all people of stakeholders of education/academia will vote to elect the education minister, people in the police will vote to elect their IGP, people in the judiciary will vote to elect their CJ, and the same will apply to each sector to choose discipline competent experts who can solve problems with accountability, independence, responsibility, autonomy, innovation, honesty, transparency and competition instead of corruption that are mostly born out of political appointments of no progress after over 32 years of democracy. I am Prophet Professor Prince Awuah David (ncu.edu), aka Divine Ninja of America.

It appears that most intellectuals of Ghana have lost their conscience to selfishness, greed, ignorance, cowardice, lies or deception and therefore cannot solve problems or fear to even venture with the truth.

When I speak with most Ghanaians, I find out that the less educated Ghanaians can reason well with great questions far more than the highly educated people who think they know too much and cannot reason or be honest but jump into quick conclusions and defenses with a lot of excessive ignorance that makes their nation or society poor, since the less educated people trust highly educated people and think they can help solve problems. This why the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENT" must end or be abolished to allow honest competent people with expertise, patriotism, readiness, intelligence, discipline and efficiency to be at top position in government and solve problems.

STOP YOUR NONSENSE AND SILLY BARKING. Ghana’s Democratic maturity will certainly remain slow and even stagnant with people like Prof Hypocrite Gyampo. You speak from all sides of your mouth and contradict yourself daily. How can you, a man who’s expected to have brains speak the way you do these days. You must be ashamed of yourself. Your exploitation of UTAG to further your political career is completely below any known human standards and dignity. Continue feeling “big and all knowing”. GOD HAS A DAY AND TIME FOR DEALING WITH SUCH WICKED, HYPOCRITES, SILLY AND UNFEELING HUMAN CHARACTERS. THE DAY OF RECKONING AND JUDGMENT WILL COME VERY SOON.

Mr. Wiseman Gyampo, do you know under the theatrics of Ghanaian politics? My expectations are that you share a balance view of the political situation in Ghana. I just want you to recollect that among the three nominees to the Supreme Court of Ghana is a woman who was nominated by the previous government and your party NDC Members in parliament did everything to ensure she never got on to the Supreme Court. What has now changed for the NDC to be in the haste to approve her nomination? At least there are some of us who have very good memories of the past. It is very disheartening seeing the type of politics running our country.

Our democracy cannot mature, with an all powerfful executive presidency, in the rather small unitary state that Ghana is. In a larger federal system, some of these powers would be shared to the state governers. The country should adopt a system that will transfer more power to parliament, that is, if our democracy is to be effective beyond elections.
