    The constitution needs only one review - REDUCTION of executive power. Decisions on power, water supply and others should be be more technical than political. No appointments of heads of utilities by the president.

    The constitution needs amendment definitely. Only the proposed is not that enough and likely to be rejected on some grounds. Eg. Four year term to five.
