Bishop, hold your breath, for the president who demanded his opponent to place state of emergency on galamsey activities, is saying that there are no jobs for the youth. Again he says gold production has gone up bringing in more dollars to the economy therefore, the cedi is appreciated to the dollar. These facts and among other things, clearly shows that JDM is rather fanning the galamsey fire. JDM has failed all those who voted for him with intention that he would stop galamsey activities. Establishing of NAIMOS and Blue Water Guards are flukes and throwing dust into the eyes of the people. Money going waste in an attempt to stop galamsey while school kids are sitting on concrete blocks, kitchen stools and others lying on their bellies. He promised the galamseyers that if voted into power, galamseyers would go about their duties without being chased by anybody. He went ahead to say that he would released those in jail. Galamseyers were killed at Obuasi a day after JDM took over from previous gov't all coz of the promises JDM made to the galamseyers.

Really, a weak sword penetrates in a weak spot. Truly, is highly impossible to put away smoke whilst the fire belching is in active progress. Which of the people arrested has enough to buy excavator including the implements used in excavation not to mention on the river bodies.
When millions of currency assigned on a purpose had gone away without means to account for. A deliberate action to cover up becomes the agenda. Once the contractor in action, an arrest of common labourers others may call it cowardice. Arresting these miserable youth for what? So because of these tiny miserable youth that river bodies and forest reserves are destroyed in the whole country? If so then well done. “ Yen ara yen asase ni........” Nananom left it for us. If we would collaborate with foreigners to destroy it for us, then leave peacefully for their home countries; future subsequent generations would praise the successive governments. MM!

Any government that wants to stop galamsey will simply ban importàtion of excavators,we know what galamsey is doing and what is happening to the fruits of the destruction being wreaked on the environment.
