So under Npp the issue was , why was there huge cost of capital financing due to forex defferentials justifiably absorbed by BOG to keep the cedi strong yet the cedi was nose diving downward, inflation very high,cost of doing business very high ,interest rate very high and cost of living very high etc..,debt sky rocketing to more than 75% GDP .
