Direct substantial investment in health and educational infrastructure that will have long term benefits to the communities from which the gold was mined…Teaching hospitals, classroom blocks, labs, housing for teachers that will retain and attract teaching staff, ….
Not wasting money on football teams that will give a 50/50 probability of return on investment….
These mining communities need substantial investment in infrastructure.
