The former govt could have done better, if its officials like National Service director etc. were not chopping tax payer money Nyafu nyafu. While not enough, Ghana still has significant internally generated revenue. All we need is for everyone to effective management and all of us to be disciplines with a good dose of real patriotism

Reinvestment to maintain system efficiency is therefore not optimal hence the challenges. It will take years of efficient handling of yhe sector to fix these challenges using savings made.
