Ghana could not continue under the weight of those who were bleeding the nation dry under the name of converting state resources to private hands, unregulated and with no end in sight.
The Rawlings era was a cool off period which allowed more Ghanaians to survive. Sadly, the vultures are back again stripping the nation dry and sometimes, I wonder how long this would last before breaking Ghana if not reversed.

All you can list are a not good for purpose NHIS and a Free SHS that is not helping our kids learn quality education.
However, the number of jobs killed by NPP for selling out state assets is not comparable.The damage outweighs the good.
Nation building is not about rashed policies to deceive people.
Ask yourself, how many NPP top men, women and add the NDC use these so called policies.
While they were creating a very poor standard of free SHS where students sat at home for 6 months in a year, they were busy sending selected NPP people on huge scholarships abroad, financing them all the way to their external families.

A day later, I went to China mall at Manet junction, also on the spintex road accra and the same sprinkler sells at 17 cedis. Between manet and coastal the price has jumped from 17 cedis to 85. The cost of manufacturing, shipment, handling, taxes, and profit added from China to accra was 17. Between Manet junction and coastal has jumped to 85, a profit of 68 cedis. This is not the work of a politician. We are our own enemies. The average lifespan in Ghana is short, funerals have been given the ultimate prominence. People are dying young from unaffordability. No amount of salary can sustain this kind of extortion. No wonder every single individual is selling something. It's the easiest way to make cheap money. Production and value adding is practically zero. The young people prefer to sell by the road side than to learn sustainable trade. We have run out of skill labor: no electricians, carpenters, masons, mechanics, tailors etc. We import them from Togo and Nigeria. What a life
