The future of Ghana with some; ridicule would only be the pledge. The nation; with only common sense, grand development would always be a dream. They come with promise then left without hope. Total disappointment. Ghana is rich only the people are poor because of leadership.

Otherwise, to equate yourself to a lecturer and demanding the previleges is ethico-morally bankrupt.

Apart from the Admin Heads, who may be professionals in their own rights, others are respectfully no different from Desk Officers/Secretaries in the Ministries.
It won't be long GAUA will request for Non-Academic Board to complement Academic Board
Whilst the standard entry for Teaching staff is PhD+ Postdoctoral, ADMINs career starts with GCE equivalent Diploma
