When the Akufo-Addo tried to renegotiate the "Take or Pay" agreement in 2017, it was realized that it had been cast in stone. The price was so prohibitive. Only about USD3m has been alleged to have gone to Berko and some locals including some MPs. What happened to the USD350M that could not be traced? Who were government officials ONE and two? Just like what happened in the Ameri and Airbus procurements. The big fish is enjoying all the booties including what was stolen in the AIA Terminal 3 contract.
