Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyir, Frank Annor Dompreh, is optimistic that the party's regional elections will be incident-free.

According to him, this is not the first time the party is organizing a regional election, and he believes that just as their walk through the principal streets of Asamankese.

"The process has been handled well, and as you do observe, we started yesterday with a walk through the principal streets of Asamankese to activate the base, which went well without any incident. We expect that there will be no incident today.

This is not the first time we are holding a regional election," he said while speaking to reporters in Asamankese.

The New Patriotic Party is today electing regional leaders who will take charge of party activities in the next four years.

This forms part of the party's reorganization as they work towards rebuilding ahead of election 2028.
