GBA needs to grow. Every institution has demanding schedules. Mortuary attendants and zoomlion workers are probably among the most indispensable people in the nation. They don't go on leave en block. They stagger it so their services are availble when needed. Engineers at EC stagger their vacations so that power will be maintained. Pilots do the same so that airplanes could fly all year round. GBA should grow and not grow horns. Mrs Ghartey can play her NPP cards. They are inconsequential, null and inept.
