The Chief Justice must stand firm and no wavering!
The decision on the Electoral Commissioner and others were overlooked and perhaps why a situation could be exploited by the current Bar Association leadership.
The pattern is been released; attributes of former president comments about Ndc not owning Ghana because of large numbers in parliament, Mensah Otabil's attributes of "unsouvary" remarks on the botched National Cathedral, Napo's veiled comments on some so called democracy under attack demonstration and many more from others.
The Bar, the Judiciary and the Government must be fair to Ghanaians and no "dirty " manoeuvres because we are all watching !

Lawyers certainly can't dictate to court when to hear or not to hear cases. So if Atta Akyea want to go on vacation, he should go ahead. He is not the only lawyer in Ghana. His client might suffer but the , that is their choice

Which public or civil servant in Ghana, gets a 2 months paid leave annually? Subtract the sick leaves, the meetings, conferences, seminars, and numerous adjournments, and they probably effectively work, just 6 months in a year. Why won't we have a backlog of 30, 000 cases.
