The judges know and usually request another check from recognised medical centres.

In fact, judges by their own volution sometimes ask for a medical check on suspects if they deem them to be mentally or physically unfit for trial.

Comments like these can destroy the support your party has from the medical profession.

If NPP use such methods, find a sensible approach to deal with same instead of the threat of prosecution.
