Unlike the NPP that did not see a need to build more dormitories, classroom and assembly hall blocks at secondary schools across Ghana before the free SHS fiasco, the NDC government under HE John Mahama believes in the sustainability and success of his 24-hour economy. HE John Mahama would rather make sure all necessary infrastructures are in place for the start if the 24-hour economic project.
You cannot say you have a modern house but go out to use the public toilet and bath because you do not have them at your presumed modern house. You cannot transport farm produce to the market without roads or good transportation hence the building of more roads in Ghana plus the addition of train services.
You cannot have a 24-hour shopping centers without electricity, bathrooms and trash dumping sites that is why new markets are being built. The 24-hour economy will start soon as the new markets are completed, Ghana's ECG is not interrupting electricity and majority of roads are completed.
Those are things that a person in his right mind will do to start a successful business and HE John Mahama is doing so. It's too bad you are used to failures under NPP governments and wish the same failures upon the NDC but it aint going to happen
