President John Dramani Mahama has held bilateral talks with the Prime Minister of Jamaica, Dr Andrew Holness, as part of his state visit to the country.

The meeting focused on strengthening relations between the two countries through cooperation in trade and investment, education, tourism, culture, agriculture, and other areas of mutual interest.

The two leaders also reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening Africa-Caribbean partnerships and promoting closer collaboration on regional and global issues.

President Mahama is in Jamaica for a four-day state visit aimed at strengthening diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties between the two countries.
