That's not what I read in the IMF 2024 fourth quarter report. The previous govt was forced to swallow painful recovery policies because we went to IMF too late. The report indicated that the major benchmarks were off track due to excessive 2024 pre-election spending.
Crediting them for what has been achieved after such pathetic fiscal indecipline that send many Ghanaian into poverty is just being disingenuous
