I truly admire the way Zonda started with small light vehicles—it's a practical and inspiring approach. I believe this model could be a great opportunity for Ghanaians, especially TVET students. It would be wonderful if they could spend their holidays at the plant, gaining hands-on experience. Even if it's on a volunteer basis with just lunch and transportation provided, the exposure would be invaluable. For those who get this opportunity, I would encourage them to be honest and loyal to the company. And if Zonda could mentor them further, it could empower them to eventually set up their own small assembly or parts factories. This is the kind of foundation we should have been building all along—starting small and growing sustainably. I think starting with 4-wheel drive vehicles may have been too ambitious for many. Ayikoo Zonda for leading the way.

The automotive industry without being linked to Ghanaian supply chain is bullcrap and sickness. We have bauxite, manganese and iron ore and we haven't had a very intelligent person to link the supply chain of the automotive country.l don't think it's a rocket science to refine these metals into solid steel, form and machine the part using CNC machining.
These are billions of dollars industries and mass avenues for employment.

This is Chinese automotive growth, not Ghana’s. How are we growing our automotive industry by consuming Chinese imports run by a Chinese. This is ridiculous. We need to sit up control these industries ourselves otherwise we’ll wake up in chains again soon. These African leaders are a shameful bunch. As for the journalists that put out these kinds of headlines, the least said about them, the better.

The CEO of Zonda Tec is more Ghanaian, patriotic than all our corrupt MPs put together. She should be given a Ghanaian passport for gift, selling Ghana better than most of our corrupt ministers in government.
