Ghana must enact a law that FORBID selling or hawking at or around toll booths. No one should be allowed to sell or hawk by the road side, and vehicles cannot stop 2,000 feet from a toll booth. Let the police enforce it.

As an avid NDC supporter, this is NOT a good idea. The amount of traffic that will be adding to the current congestion will create havoc. We can collect tolls by paying for it annually at DVLA via all the renewals

Also, it is not every driver who would like to use a digital lane even if you have money on your transponder. This scenario is a standard practice in most countries around the world operating electronic toll-booths.

Doing it in the form like the European way will be the best. Articulated Trucks, Busses, and private Cars all in separated lanes which will speed the quick flow of Traffic.
