    Ghana must enact a law that FORBID selling or hawking at or around toll booths. No one should be allowed to sell or hawk by the road side, and vehicles cannot stop 2,000 feet from a toll booth. Let the police enforce it.

    As an avid NDC supporter, this is NOT a good idea. The amount of traffic that will be adding to the current congestion will create havoc. We can collect tolls by paying for it annually at DVLA via all the renewals
