I don't like the Council of State, but I agreed with their advise on this one. I live in the diaspora. I have friends in both political parties and I can tell you, most of these people saying they want to come and serve are only looking for opportunity to profit. How many of these diaspora people have we not seen in government? What have they done to transform the country? How many of them still don't have their families outside Ghana? Why do they still vacation abroad, get medical attention abroad, school their children abroad? If anyone in the diaspora believes they can make a difference in Ghana, they should be bold to go to Ghana and "burn the bridge" behind them. Ghana will live to regret this decision.
