I followed this case from its beginning and read the charge sheet which is a public document.

It was very very defective. Even a non lawyer will not proffer charges in such a way.
It was the haste in which Akuffo Addo wanted to imprison NDC appointees that led them to rush this case to court.
They had an NPP leaning judge at the court of first instant to sit on the case to assure Sedinams incarceration.
They will lose at the SC also. Watch this space.
