Here is what is at stake people, legally speaking.
Netherlands can extradite a non-Dutch citizen on behalf of another country, provided the request meets strict legal rules, dual criminality requirements, and treaty obligations.
Legal Frameworks
European Union (EU): Handled as a "surrender" via a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) with EU member states, Iceland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Non-EU Countries: Governed by the Dutch Extradition Act (Uitleveringswet) and requires a valid bilateral or multilateral extradition treaty.
Key Conditions for Extradition
Dual Criminality: The act must be a criminal offense under the laws of both the Netherlands and the requesting country.
No Treaty Exception: Unlike some nations that protect their own citizens from extradition, the Netherlands does not have a blanket prohibition against extraditing non-citizens, though explicit treaty backing or an EAW is mandatory.
Human Rights Protections: Courts can block the request if there are substantial grounds to believe the person faces torture, the death penalty, or an unfair trial in the requesting country.
So, there you have it!

Nobody has said that an election must be conducted to replace him. So what are you talking about? You think we don’t know?

They are being haunted by their hypocrisy. If it was Volta or Oti regions they would have called for a by-election. NPP don't need it bcoz 1 seat cannot change 88 seats.
