I fully support this move. Discipline is the backbone of every successful team, and the military is built on it. Soldiers are trained to obey instructions, work as one unit, stay focused, and stay accountable. Talent without discipline achieves little. If Hearts of Oak want a winning mentality, this is a smart step in the right direction.
"Accra Hearts of Oak, never say die until the bones are rotten." That's the mentality of champions. Phobia isn't just a club—we set the standard!

65%-75% of local pro players are physically endured..thats their fundamental training from colts level.
A footballers inability to concerntrate, take and create goal scoring opportunities is more phsycological..even match management or game endurance are mental fortitudes.
A Serb coach with their stoic approach on tactics and shooting techniques wouldnt encourage this ( they perceive the black race physical)hope hes given the needed room to operate as he desires.

So if 65–75% of local players are already physically conditioned from colts level, then why fear military-style training? That only means the remaining edge is discipline, mentality, and accountability. The best teams don't ... read full comment
So if 65–75% of local players are already physically conditioned from colts level, then why fear military-style training? That only means the remaining edge is discipline, mentality, and accountability. The best teams don't lower standards to match talent—they raise standards so talent finally delivers.
Credit to management for backing a culture of high standards instead of chasing quick applause. Champions are built on discipline, not excuses. Keep the course—Phobia never says die. We never say die until the bones are rotten..."

Those military personnels could be qualified sports instructors in the army. So what is the big deal about it. Or is it because they are wearing army uniforms so they can’t be qualified sport instructors? We have qualified doctors, nurses, carpenters, masons, lawyers in the army. Hasty conclusion. I’m not heart of fan but I don’t see anything wrong with this move and I don’t think a big club like Hearts of Oak will not do their due diligence before bringing those personnels on board.

Oh, Ghanaians, we like talking too much. Some of the finest physical trainers are those in the military. Some of them are trained in the best institutions in the world.
