What is the problem with our public servants? Is it a feeling of having what it takes for public office? Being a Cabinet Minister or CEO of State Owned Enterprise should have meant that you were highly talented and the best fit for the job. But what we are is that these super high office feel that there is something missing for them and they more academic accolades before they can properly fit into their positions. So sad and unfortunate for Ghana. Please Mr President appoint accomplished professionals officers to high political offices, instead of students who use the high office to acquire chains of degrees

So you don't know that those countries value the preservation of their heritage. You see how you arrange your dirty faces whilst posing for those pictures on foreign countries? We don't respect ourselves in Ghana especially. Why don't you go and do the so called better degrees and bring the change you want to ghana? Ai least he's had pursued his passion, probably for his own interest. What kind of backwardness is this? Having a true PhD in any field is not a child's play. It's known by some people as Permanent Head Damage!!! There is so much that goes into PhD than just the final certificate. The researches, the writings, the data collections, the analysis, the viva, the presentations, the interrogations and the defences including seminars of all kinds all shape a person's personality, character and attitude and could make the person fit for the work of life and work in both public and private sector.

Congratulations to the Chief of Staff!!! His efforts must be appreciated. We trust it would help better the lot of the country and our tourism sector as well.

May we not parade ignorance but celebrate hard work. Our ignorance must not give us blissfulness.
