It is not surprising then, therefore, that Atta Ayea counts on the ignorance of the majority populace who assume the laws of the land require some divine intellect to understand or interpret. Atta Akyea was a member of parliament when the NPP in its own diabolical but limited intellectual capacity drew-up and amended existing law on illegal mining statutes.
So either Atta Akyea did not have a clue what the NPP wrote for the amended statute or believes his game of outwitting the judge would work to postpone the date for the judge to render judgment. Atta Akyea lost because the judge was above Atta Akyea's pay grade with more wisdom than Atta Akyea could possibly have. Now the sore loser Atta Akyea is on a media blitz where misinformation sells to the ignorant partisan crowd.
