Over time, these countries including Ruanda and Burkina Faso, have overtaken us. Were we sleeping? Which country has a highly developed population but lags behind in infrastructure? The formula doesn’t work Prof. The Fante and Ga were the first to meet the whites, get educated, acquire skills. What happened to Jamestown and Chokor? How does Cape Coast or Elmiina compare with Sunyani and Koforidua? Don’t take this advice. Better to own a house as gari trader than end up as a highly educated pensioner suffering at old age in a single room of the family house.

I don't agree with him. As much as individual development is important, it is up to the people to take advantage of government projects to build a strong living standards and improve themselves. If the people develop and the infrastructure needed to work are not there, what will happen to their improvement and they will all leave for the developed countries to practice their trade.
