We seen instances where even murderers have been spared jail times. Do you remember O J Simpson murder trial case. People do things for a reason and so long as you can justify and argue your case in court, there's always some percentage chance you might be spared punishment.

Her defence against the charges of false publication was to prove that what she said was true, that is to prove that President John Mahama buried 32 cows to win the elections, and that this act is the cause of the devastating floods and the vehicular accidents resulting in deaths in Ghana. She pleaded guilty because she new they were false. If you think the allegations were true but not false don't publish them yourself and prove their veracity in court.
