There were 2 issues before the court prior to Hanan being arrested at the Accra International Airport. One of the issues was frozen bank accounts that Hanan was restricted from any access while the other was his passport and travel.
Either the judge is not aware or the AG and Hanan's lawyer decided not to address the status of Hanan's bank accounts. If the judge is saying the restrictions placed on Hanan expired on 12th July, then exactly which of the 2 temporary restrictions still hold: is the hold on Hanan's account in place or removed?
The judge and the AG must ve careful here because should Hanan decide not to return, which of the court ordered ecpirations did apply at the time of Hanan's departure from Ghana?

When was he arrested? Technically the order was in force. Now it has elapsed. When he comes back, travel ban until the case is disposed.

How do go to court to revoke an order which has expired. This Deputy Attorney General is making too many mistakes. Today is 16th July and the Order expired on 12 July what a blunder.

After July 12, Hanan could not travel. His passport was to be deposited at the court. This application is useless. What were the A-Gs thinking? Too bad!!!
