The sit should be declared vacant or there should be some form of constitutional arrangement for the people to be represented by someone in an interem position for a period of time after which there could be byelections. But for the people to wait endlessly for the mp's issue to be determined is unacceptable, because that'll rather seek to prioritize the personal interest of the individual over those of his constituents. Meanwhile, too many people with shady characters seek to be mps. Very unfortunate.
