  Good move ! Another area that needs improvement is the courts sending automated messages to lawyers and to a larger extent complainants and defendants when a court will not sit. Currently, people travel to the courts only to learn on arrival that the judge is not available or that the court will not sit. Meanwhile, clients still have to pay lawyers their transportation and appearance fees. Another improvement is reducing the physical appearance and replace with written submissions. In person appearance must be limited to when this is practically desired. I don't get it when in civil cases, appearances are required for every sitting.
